All goods shall be despatched from our factories/godowns though approved road transports only and shall be insured under our Sales Turnover Policy, details of which are available with our branched / head office.

It may be noted that goods are insured for a defined period of 24 working hour only from the date on which goods reach the transporter’s godown at destination station. No insurance claims after lapse of defined period in permissible by the insurance company.

In case of any transit loss (damages/Shortage), dealer/ distribuotrs shall have to inform the insurance company (The Oriental Insurance Company Limited) within 48 hours with a copy of intimation to us at ”[email protected]”all the requisite paper should be submitted with 10 days from the date of intimation.

For any insurance claims toward damages/loss/shortage of goods in transit or at transporters godown, claims has to be lodged with the insurance company as stated above. if insurance claim is not lodged, the Company shall not responsible for any such losses and same will be borne by customer.
