Guarantee Terms

The Authorised Dealer / Distributor shall at all times, during the continuance of his Agreement will avail replacement as per polices stated as under The Replacement of defective pieces will be done by the dealer/distributors & the pieces will be done by the dealer / distributors & the dealer/distributors will get the replacement on following terms.

Replacements : If the replacements are less or equal to 49, this will be replaced by the month end. The dealer/ distributors will have to report latest by 12 Noon on last working date of every month. Failing which they can apply for the replacements on the working Friday of the next week.

More than 50 replacements : If the replacements exceeds before 50Nos for the month end, the dealer / distributors can send the request immediately and in not required to wait for the month end. Deler will get the requisite stock after the request is done in the set / indicated time frame

Once the material reaches our warehouse you will receive the fresh lot within a time weeks period.
