Sterling invites Applications for Direct Sales Associates (DSA) as entrepreneurs for Full Time / Part Time work which would require No Investment and help people to earn extra income.

Applicant’s Background:

Candidate must be literate, computer literate & should have experience in Direct Marketing from MLM, Insurance Agents, Housewives.

Products to be sold:

LED Lighting, Ceiling Fan, Table Fan, Home Appliances Products (Products can be seen at our website www.sterlingmfgco.com)

How will DSA sell:

• He will create leads through WhatsApp, Group Marketing, Contacts and propagate Sterling’s products which are innovative and useful for the society.
• After convincing customer, he will book orders on Sterling’s website directly and send payment link to the prospective customer. Through this link, customer will pay the amount and Sterling will supply the product directly to the customer.
• All information/updates regarding the order booking, payment, delivery & DSA Payment will be available to DSA online.

Margin:

There will be a margin of about 10% on the market price of the product. The minimum price will be fixed for DSA. Difference between these 2 prices would be his margin. DSA can offer some discount on this 10% margin and in that case, he will get the difference between booking price and minimum DSA price.

Commission to the DSA would be paid once in a weekly / monthly based on his/her sales.

After successful completion and acceptance of the application, prospective DSA would be called for Zoom Conference and if they like the system then they will be enrolled as DSA.

After appointment as DSA, they will be given training of selling.

Regular review of appointed DSAs would be held through Zoom Conference and Sterling’s field staff will also assist them.
