Be yourself
Show us that you can handle the pressure of an interview by just being yourself. If you don’t know the answer to a question, don’t pretend that you do. The most important thing is be honest and truthful. These are Sterling values and we look for them in the people we hire.
Present yourself
You were invited to an interview based on your qualifications. But you might have had valuable experiences not directly related to the position as well. Try to find interesting examples of skills and knowledge you have acquired during your career that will help you at the interview.
Practice
You can prepare using online lists of typical interview questions. Answer those questions out loud in front of a mirror or with a friend or a relative. You can even film or tape your responses and watch how you did. These methods help you assess what needs to be improved so your interview runs smoothly.
Ask questions
The recruitment process is two-way dialogue, so if you want to know who we are and what we do, your interview is the time to do so. By asking questions you not only assess whether Sterling is the right place for you to succeed, but it shows us that you are keen on learning about our company.

Visit your interview location before the date it takes place so you don’t have trouble finding it and can arrive on time. Dress appropriately and professionally. We will judge you not only on what you say, but also by the way you present yourself.
