Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
- Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement.
- Understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
- Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for the entire interview process.
- Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
- Co-ordination with the candidates and clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any Consultancy background candidate is first preference
- Finding Candidates through Job Portals, shortlisting and scheduling the interviews.
Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
- A personality that is able to engage others in conversation and a good listener.
- Must be able to work on MS Office.
- Any Graduate who is good in communication and want to make their career in HR/Recruitment
- Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis – Very Aggressively.
